“Women Leadership: leading authentically and adapting in times of uncertainty”

Professional development meetings are starting up again. This month Fleur Heyworth, Head of
Gender and Inclusive Security at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy and leadership expert will hold the meeting “Women Leadership: leading authentically and adapting in times of uncertainty.”
During the meeting to be held on Monday, Jan. 31, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., led by a renowned expert
on the topic, we will discuss paradigms on leadership and the concept of power and then question how to reconcile the divergences for authentic leadership that is nonetheless adaptive in times of uncertainty.
The meeting will be held remotely through the Zoom platform in English and is reserved for WIIS
Italy members. To attend, it is necessary to fill out the registration form by Sunday, January 30 at
12 p.m. and subject to availability.
